Description & requirements:
Scholarship is open to children and grandchildren of Seabees (enlisted personnel with a Seabee rating, CEC Officers, or others who have served, or are serving, in a Naval Construction Force (Seabee) unit). Seabees can be active, reserve, retired, deceased or honorably discharged. Applicant must be a high school senior or current undergraduate student.
