Scholarship is open to high school juniors and seniors, as well as any person entering an undergraduate degree program in the fall after the application deadline. Applicant must be a Connecticut or New York City metropolitan area resident planning to attend or attending an institution of higher education anywhere in the United States, or a resident of any part of the U.S. planning to attend or attending an institution of higher education in Connecticut or New York City.
