Scholarship is open to Hispanic students who are enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate STEM program at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university in the United States or its territories. If student is not Hispanic, students who have significantly participated in and promoted organizations and activities in the Hispanic community can also apply.
