Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who are registered, active members of a Boy or Girl Scout unit and earned the Eagle Scout Award for boys or Gold Award for girls. Applicant must also be an active member of an Eastern Orthodox Church and have received the Alpha Omega Religious Scout Award.
